Welcome to my recipes diary, kali ini aku mau share masakan pasta yang biasanya aku buat. Selagi menunggu rebusan spaghetti, cincang bawang putih secukupnya. Potong paprika kotak - kotak. Siapkan wajan, tunggu sampai panas. Tumis ikan tuna (aku pilih tuna flakes yang kalengan) lalu tiriskan ketika sudah matang. Jangan lupa, rebusan spagh...

Holaa, i'd like to tell you my trip to.... "mall that i used to go" Hehehehe (penting banget ya lol) Jadi setelah i did my house wife chores, aku suka pergi ke Clementi Mall, kenapa?  karena kalo naik bis, kurang lebih perjalanannya hanya 15 menitan. I used to go there buy Bus no. 183, disini aku suka sesukanya naik bis, selain dingin, nyaman, bersih, aman, kalo malam lampunya nyala jadi bisa sambil baca. (pokoknya seru deh naik bis di Singapore, i do like it).

ART AND CRAFT SHOPS 1. Artfriend      my favorite shop to buy paint! you can find a brand like winsor and newton. In there, you also can spot some materials for craft or sculpting. And.. i think there is not an art store as complete as Artfriend in Indonesia. The biggest Artfriend is in Blk 451 Clementi Ave 3, #03-307 (Clementi MRT, near Courts). However, if you go to Bugis, u can walk to Beras Basah complex (near National Library Singapore). https://artfriendonline.com/EN/OnlineUsers/Index Artfriend in Plaza Singapura (MRT Dhobighaut) 2. Spotlight     Crafts, hobbies, sewing, arts, fabrics, furniture are hereee!!! yap if you love sewing, knitting, it is the paradise for you albeit the price a bit pricey for me (no wonder in Singapore, all prices are higher than those in Indonesia). You can find it in Plaza Singapura (MRT Dhobighaut). SEWING SUPPLIES Beside Spotlight, there are a lot of places selling fabrics near Sultan Mosqu...

Let's create a baby garden

Kebun khusus bayi ini bisa merangsang panca inderanya at a very early age . Research also shown that babies find the natural world very calming, and the rich array of sensation may gently strengthen neuronal networks (the essential link of memory, reasoning, and emotional intelligence) within their developing brains. -John Farndon.

My baby can't stop crying, what must i do?

The answer is love! based on Super Bright Baby book by John Fardon. Yap at first i read the book it is quite unpractical and then i  and maybe you wonder on how love can soothe my future baby 's cry, don't you? The answer is If your baby cries, respond to her as quickly as you can. Work on building an emotional bond right from the start and keep going. Dont just feed and clothe your baby and put her to sleep, respond to her with as much as love you can, staying alert to any sign of a smile or an interest and giving it back generously, and of course cuddle, kiss, and tickle her as much as you think she wants -John Farndon How if i let my baby cry until she/he feel tired and stop to cry? If a baby is left to cry for a very long time, she may go quiet and and stop crying, but that's because she is simply shutting down to concentrate on survival. While crying, she will experience on increase in heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration as stress hormones course...

An environment for baby in the womb

Dear mom to be,our future baby will start learning from the moment his brain cells begin to develop in early pregnancy, so there is an environment to develop unborn baby's brain. Based on Tagyeo ( the belief from Korea that foetal environment affects a baby for her whole life), these are the details of environment should be:  the mom should avoid all emotional turmoil during pregnancy. in the fifth and sixth month, baby begins to hear so the whole family must create an environment of calm, love and happiness. Yoga after the sixth month of pregnancy helps relax the mother Playing music promotes calmness and helps developing the right side of the brain, bringing better hearing, clarity of thought and emotional stability. Mom is able to foster bonding and the emotional development of the unborn baby by reading stories with strong emotional of calm, love, and happiness. However, based on John Fardon, what matter most is the mother's ease and emotional balance. Kesimpula...

If i am a mom (part 1)

Well, if i am a mom, these are the kind of goals I'll do to educate my children... First and foremost, i want them to be as sholeh or sholehah as their father or even more. i want their life guided based on Al Qur'an. {fix price, no bargaining] Second, i want them to know many profession or hobbies and i should try to find what their interest is so i can support them into the right path. When i was a child, i only knew that success adults are doctor so i never explore myself on another field like art or design that I am actually into it. Next, i want them to be curious and always observance in a positive manner. Well, this goal is inspired by my bestfriend's father. He is a great entrepreneur who doesn't have any high education but he prove that by being curious and observing, one can gain wide knowledge and achieve a lot of success. The other thing i want is for them to really enjoy reading books / magazines etc. My father always tells me to read newspaper but ...

Brain supplement for baby in the womb

I am so happy to write about this. Although i am not an expert and have not pregnant yet, i gather information about nutrients that i should consume for having a bright baby and it starts since she/he is in the womb. Here the info that i took from some books in Singapore Library that might be beneficial for you too: Brain boosters There is some nutrients that play a key role for brain developments. One of them is Folic Acid . it helps developing the genetic materials for neural cells. We can obtain folic acid by eating green leafy vegetables (spinach, broccoli), bananas, asparagus, citrus, legumes (they should be cooked lightly or eaten in raw form). However, we can also take Folic acid supplement. Another nutrient for brain booster is fatty acid omega 3, DHA . it is related to the new neuron growth and connections. Mackerels, salmons, sardines are the fish that contain DHA. we can get this nutrient by taking supplement (do not overdo it, based on books, it shou...
