Brain supplement for baby in the womb
I am so happy to write about this. Although i am not an expert and have not pregnant yet, i gather information about nutrients that i should consume for having a bright baby and it starts since she/he is in the womb. Here the info that i took from some books in Singapore Library that might be beneficial for you too:
Brain boosters
There is some nutrients that play a key role for brain developments. One of them is Folic Acid. it helps developing the genetic materials for neural cells. We can obtain folic acid by eating green leafy vegetables (spinach, broccoli), bananas, asparagus, citrus, legumes (they should be cooked lightly or eaten in raw form). However, we can also take Folic acid supplement.
Another nutrient for brain booster is fatty acid omega 3, DHA. it is related to the new neuron growth and connections. Mackerels, salmons, sardines are the fish that contain DHA. we can get this nutrient by taking supplement (do not overdo it, based on books, it should be two portions of oily fish a week)
CH,I,C
Choline is essential for forming cell membranes and blood vessels (include those in baby's brain). we can attain choline from milk and eggs.
Iodine is also great because it is for healthy brain and nervous system development. It can be found in dairy products, eggs, and seafood.
Chopper which can be found in mushrooms and tinned tomato puree helps forming a neurotransmitter (the chemicals that carry signals in the nervoues system).
If you aim to 'eat rainbow'- eating vegetables of every color - and have a good protein and carbohydrate intake, you'll receive all the nutrients you need for a happy and healthy baby. -John Farndon
That's all about baby food in the womb, at last but not least, dont be so stressed and relaxed~
